Parks & Recreation

The Town of Central Parks and Recreation Department provides park facilities and programs to accommodate the needs and interests of local residents and visitors.  Whether you are into sports, nature or just want to take your children to the playground, the Town of Central is the place for you.

In addition to the natural resources that Central offers for outdoor sports and recreation, we are also home to an indoor recreation center that serves all ages and stages of life. 

Central-Clemson Indoor Recreation Center

Located at 130 Commons Way, the CRC is a joint venture between the Town of Central and the City of Clemson with a mission to have the finest and safest fitness center by going above and beyond to achieve this level of excellence. Click here to visit the Central-Clemson Indoor Recreation Center website.

Bolick Sports Fields

Located at 110 Pepper Street, Bolick Field features an outdoor walking track surrounding fields used for Football and Soccer recreations teams. Home to our Central Tigers football team.

Central Baseball Fields & Playgrounds

Located at 201 Wood Street, this local park features fields used for baseball and softball. It's also home to a children's outdoor playground, outdoor pavilion, restrooms and indoor rental facility. 

Central Historic Depot

Located at 101 Wood Street, the historic train depot is restored and can be rented by the public for events. 

Grand Central Station Disc Golf Course

Located at 101 Ansleigh Drive, the Grand Central Station Disc Golf Course is currently the longest public disc golf course in South Carolina. The disc course is spread out over 35 acres and features a variety of terrain. More Info
