Performs administrative and clerical duties including, but not limited to: receive and forward calls appropriately; dispatch as needed; process incident report, booking reports and fingerprint cards; receive, enter and maintain traffic citations, warning tickets, traffic collision and daily activity reports to compile various reports; process annual ticket audit.
ASSISTANT CLERK OF COURT
Performs administrative and clerical duties including, but not limited to: create cases in court’s case management system; receive and post payments; schedule and maintain dockets for court proceedings; maintain and manage the jury system; monitor and maintain cases for participation in alternative programs; process and prepare expungement orders; enter dispositions and sentences into the case management system; prepare and process daily deposits.
